Ideal Working Hours: 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (flexible based on the needs of family) 


Overview: We are searching for a compassionate and highly capable Household Manager to become an integral part of our family. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the household and providing essential support to family members. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, exceptionally organized, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic family environment.

Responsibilities: 
● Home Operations: Coordinate and manage appointments with vendors (e.g., contractors, gutter cleaners, pool services), manage car detailing, and oversee purchases for home essentials. 
● General Organization: Maintain orderliness in various home areas, including the kitchen, children's closets, art space, and pet supplies. 
● Executive Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, document renewals, and oversee internet purchase returns. Book and arrange travel. 
● Childcare: Provide transportation for children, assist with meal preparation and homework, and organize engaging activities. Must be a competent swimmer and firm yet caring disciplinarian. Occasional overnight stays may be required. 
● Pet Care: Attend to the dog's needs, including walks, vet appointments, grooming appointments, and managing pet insurance.
● Culinary Skills: Possess basic to advanced cooking skills. 
● Gardening: Basic gardening skills are a plus, as is a keen interest in maintaining and beautifying the home's outdoor spaces. 

Skills and Qualifications: 
● A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or child development, hospitality, business administration, finance and accounting, family and consumer sciences, foreign language studies, or a related field is required. 
● 2-3 years’ experience supporting families is essential. 
● Valid driver's license with a commendable driving record. 
● Must be highly organized and skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
● Competent in Wi-Fi troubleshooting and tech-savvy.
 ● Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. 
● A fluent speaker of French is a plus. 
● Proactive in improving household efficiency and organization. 

Other Requirements: 
● Must have a genuine affection for dogs. 
● No cleaning is required; cooking skills are advantageous. 
● Willingness to stay overnight occasionally when parents are traveling. 
● Serve as a mentor and role model for the child, focusing on guidance and support rather than traditional babysitting. 
● Must exhibit warmth, kindness, responsibility, respectfulness, tidiness, and a commitment to healthy living. 
● Must maintain utmost respect for family privacy.
